Steps to apply for Academic Credit

Application for academic credit is subject to review and approval by the Office of the Registrar and the Provost’s Office.

What to Expect on the Application

Be prepared to provide information about the Internship, including contact information for the supervisor of the position:

Identify and secure a CU Faculty Internship Supervisor

You will be asked to provide this faculty’s contact information on the application.

Be prepared to provide information about the learning objectives and outcomes for the internship. The internship MUST be connected to specific learning outcomes connected to the Organizational Leadership and Change degree to qualify for academic credit. Be ready to answer:

Consider reviewing the General Education Learning Outcomes in your Academic Catalog to aid in identifying and describing the learning outcomes of your internship.
